Q: What does it cost to open an Absolute Best Care?
A: The franchise fee for each independently owned office is $29,900 due upon signing the Franchise Agreement. The total estimated investment including the franchise fee ranges from $42,990-$56,440.
Q: Do I need to rent office space or can I run my Absolute Best Care Agency out of my home?
A: You are required to rent office space as this is not a home-based business. The ideal office space is anywhere from 500-900 square feet in either a Metropolitan City or Suburban office-park setting. Absolute Best Care will assist and offer advice on selecting solid office site locations.
Q: How much money can I make?
A: Due to the restrictions in our UFOC, we are prohibited from stating earnings claims. We are able to discuss the structure of the compensation plan, including all registration and placement fees that are charged to each prospective client. The average full-time placement fee generates a commission of $4000-$6000 in revenue to any franchisee owner.
Q: How are territories established and should I own multiple units?
A: Territories are established based on demographic information such as numbers of households, population of children from 0-5 years old and 5-10 years old, total household incomes and more. We use leading software analysis to maximize these demographic highlights in all territories. Multiple unit ownership is allowed and encouraged and provides an opportunity for franchisees to secure and expand their market share.
Q: Do I need to have prior experience in this industry?
A: No, you do not need any industry experience. A successful franchisee will be ethical, responsible, organized and have a strong desire to make a difference in both yours and your client’s lives. All franchisees will be taught and trained the ‘System’ to successfully place in-home care. If you are an efficient and hard working individual, you have the chance to own your own very successful business and reap all the rewards.
Q: What kind of training is offered?
A: We offer a comprehensive one-week training program at our New York City Offices and continued ongoing training and post-support guidance in every aspect of your business operation. There is a 200 page in depth Operations Manual as well as a 200 page Training guide that will be incorporated into your training which will ensure a comprehensive understanding of the entire business.
Q: Once the Franchise Agreement is signed and the territory is awarded, how long will it take to open my location?
A: After the franchise agreement is in place your training week is scheduled. A franchisee will be ready to open their office within approximately 30 days after completion of the training.
Q: What are the next steps?
A: You will need to complete a confidential franchise application and personal financial disclosure application. Upon receipt, an Absolute Best Care Franchise Coordinator will call you to arrange a phone interview to discuss your interests. If there is mutual agreement that this is a good opportunity for all parties, we will invite you to a Discovery Day in our offices and provide you with the UFOC document to review. Upon the review of the UFOC you will then sign the official Franchise Agreement with all fees paid and then will be an owner of an Absolute Best Care Franchise.
